McCosh Unveils 2011 Plans

February 5th, 2011 - Adam McCosh

FT WORTH, TX - The first season of 2011 has seen a number of major announcements from various Short Track Pro Cup drivers and teams. One more shall be added to the list. Texas Motor Speedway was the site where former Late Model Sportsman Division driver Adam McCosh unveiled his new paint scheme for 2011.

"New year, new season, new division....it just made sense to have a new look," the Texas native said. "I've just got to thank John Hensley for whipping up this bad boy." McCosh also talked a little about his plans for the next 12 weeks, including his move up the STPC Late Model ladder. "As far as the Premier Division goes, this'll primarily be a learning season. I learned a lot running with the Sportsman Division in Seasons 3 and 4 of last year, and it made me a much better driver. I don't expect any less from running with Premier in the coming weeks."

Aside from the Late Models, McCosh also plans to run part-time in the Super Truck Series, Street Stocks, and Modifieds. As if that wasn't enough, he's also looking to compete full-time in the NASCAR iRacing.com Impala B Series. "It's going to be a wild 12 weeks." he commented.
